About us…
At the Fellowship of Christian University Students (FOCUS), we meet regularly to engage with the Christian message, pray and share the story of Jesus with others on campus. We aren’t associated with any one church or denomination and have people from all different backgrounds. We warmly welcome people who aren’t Christian and who would like to find out more about Jesus.
O-Week
Starting Uni in 2026? Here’s what we are running in O-week – come say hi! From Tuesday – Thursday 10-12 February, we want to meet you before Uni starts. Throughout the week you’ll meet our students and get to know who we are, why we’re passionate about Jesus, and what we do.
What’s normally on
We regularly meet throughout each week during the semester. Here’s what your week might look like with UC FOCUS:
Monday-Friday
Small Groups
Small groups are a big part of what we do here at UC Focus! We meet for only 1 hour every week of the semester. This is a great opportunity to make friends and explore God’s Word with other like minded Christians. Simply fill out your preferences and we will work. Sign ups open soon!
Monday 5-7:30pm
T3
T3 involves Talking Theology, Training in service, & Taking to all. We tackle a variety of topics (evangelism, ethics, how to read the Bible, etc). We start in Week 3 of Semester 1, dinner is provided!
Wednesday 12:30-1:30pm
Public Bible Talk
Held in the Student Lounge. We’ll be going through the Gospel of Mark and each week we will go through a Bible passage as we work our way through the book of Mark.
FOCUS International
At FOCUS International, it doesn’t matter which country you come from, whether you’re a Christian or just investigating – you’re welcome to join us!
Every Thursday, we meet for dinner, listen to a bible talk and chat afterwards. Come join us – we would love to meet you and introduce you to other domestic and international students.
